1 off to the Barossa Valley
Your host will meet you at your city accommodation arpuind 09:15am where your journey will begin. All of our local guides are trained wine experts who will help you unlock the secrets of the Barossa Valley and better understand all things wine.
Your journey will take you North through the agricultiral belt, home to the farmers who supply Adelaide’s buzzing restaurant scene.
2 4WD through the vineyards
After a quick biosecurity briefing by Two Hands staff, jump into their 4WDs to make your way to the Holy Grail Vineyard. Your guides will take you down the rows of the vines, explaining the unique site layout, soil testing, and trelissing systems that have gone into crafting this premium Barossa Shiraz site.
3 Drinking Holy Grail in the vineyard
With absolute exclusivity and no one else around, enjoy drinking the Holy Grail wine from within the vineyard it was grown. The views from here are spectacular and this premium Barossa Shiraz is the perfect accompaniment!
4 TWO HANDS Shiraz Masterclass
Sourcing fruit from vineyards across the Barossa, Two Hands make a suite of premium single-vineyard Shiraz wines. After you’ve made your way back to the tasting room, Two Hands staff will guide you through a masterclass of these small-batch premium Barossa Shiraz wines. With multiple sites across the Barossa, you’ll taste for yourself the difference a few hundred metres in location can make!
5 Lunch @ FINO
From the original 1900’s bottling hall, the dining area at FINO sprawls out into the palm-fringed gardens of picturesque Sepeltsfield estate. Using top quality sustainable produce sourced from local farmers, you’ll enjoy a multi-course meal with local wines. 6 vines over 100 years in age
Finally, it’s off to taste wines made from some of the oldest surviving vines in the world. With an array of boutique producers sourcing fruit from 100+ year old vines, you’ll enjoy a unique and memorable experience tasting some of the rarest and most collectable Shiraz in the world.
