Your journey will take you North through the agricultiral belt, home to the farmers who supply Adelaide’s buzzing restaurant scene.

Meet your Gin Schoool teacher for the day and curator of the botanical cornucopia – Brett. He’ll guide you through the gin making process, introduce you to the botanicals, and help you on your way to creating our own signature gin.
You’ll team up with your tour partner to create your botanical blend before setting up your still. You’ll get it running before sitting down to lunch.
3 Lunch at The Farm Eatery
While your gin is bubbling away, sit down to a leisurely long-lunch with drinks by the expert team at The Farm Eatery. Sourcing fresh local seasonal produce, their ever-changing menu is about as Barossan as it gets.
If you like, you’ll also have time to explore Maggie Beers Farm Shop which is also onsite.
4 Botttle Your Signature Gin
After lunch your signature gin will be ready for collection and labelling. Put the finishing touches on your new creation which you’ll get to take home with you and share with your friends (or keep to yourself!). One bottle of gin per couple.
