BOOKING PROCEDURE
All prices are quoted in and to be paid in AUD only. All monies are to be paid upfront at time of booking as confirmation. Bookings can be made through the website, via email or by calling (+61) 0475 396 862.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If either the customer or Small Batch Wine Tours makes a request to cancel the booking, the following guidelines will take place. Customer retains the right to cancel any booking without penalty more than 35 days before departure. If cancellation requested between 35 and 14 days customer will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total booking. If cancellation requested less than 14 days customer will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of total booking. Any cancellation requests made within 3 days of departure, including failure to meet at requested departure point and time, or tour being cancelled at operator’s sole discretion – no right to refund.

PRIVACY POLICY
We need to collect personal information about you, including your name, address, email, and telephone number in order to conduct business with you. All requests for credit card details during a booking will be discreetly handled with you personally over the phone and not stored by us in any way. None of your personal details will be disclosed to any other parties without your prior consent, except for those needed to conduct the general business of the tour. Personal information provided by you may be stored electronically for marketing and research purposes by Small Batch Wine Tours. At times we may have a photographer taking promotional footage for our business. By coming on tour with us, you hereby give consent for us to use images captured of you for promotional material. We can assure you that no untoward footage or editing practices will be used.

PRIVATE NATURE OF TOURS
Whilst your tour may be private and we make every effort to avoid the crowds, tastings and experiences at our providers may not be exclusive of others. Experiences provided by our partners are subject to their own Terms and Conditions.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY
We go to great lengths to ensure your safety and comfort. At times bad weather or bushfire bans, private or public events, or closures for instance, may mean that changes need to be made without prior notice. Under such circumstances, there will be no right to customer refund.

INCLUSIONS
If for whatever reason any specifically stated tour inclusion cannot be met on the day, Small Batch Wine Tours will try to find a suitable replacement, whether it be a similar experience or one of similar monetary value. If the customer is not happy with the outcome, they should email in the first instance to try and resolve the dispute fairly. It’s possible as a small business to keep control of your own personal approach and keep quality control on the services you offer. Being that we use partners to help provide our service, they may at times not be up to par with what we have come to expect. We do always monitor the level of service our partners provide to ensure they meet our desired level of quality. If you feel that an experience held by one of our partners has failed to meet the desired outcome, please let us know, but ultimately we take no responsibility in such instances. All tours conducted in English. If you wish to provide a translator, we will be happy to work with them however they too will need to be a fully-paying customer.

TOUR VEHICLE
From time to time our vehicle will need to go in for repairs or maintenance. During these inconvenient yet necessary short periods, we will not have our regular tour vehicle available for customers. A suitable replacement hire vehicle will be used for the necessary period of repair. In such cases, customers will be provided suitable lunch on tour (not including beer, wine, spirits, or cocktails) to the discretion of the guide, as compensation for their inconvenience.

CHILDREN
Under no circumstances are minors under the age of 18 years allowed without being directly accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Valid identification may be requested and if not produced a portion of the booking will be cancelled with no right to refund. In South Australia it is illegal for anyone to supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years of age on a licensed premise, including cellar doors or wineries. As such no minor under the age of 18 years of age will be allowed to consume/taste wine or any other alcohol at any stage of the tour, regardless of who supplies it. Should anyone on tour supply alcohol to a minor they will be reported to the police without question.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
At the sole discretion of the tour operator, we reserve the right to cancel any tour. Customer’s right to refund will be in line with our cancellation policy.

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included for customers in any of our services. Customers travel entirely at their own risk. We take no responsibility for the security of personal belongings. You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly while on tour. We kindly suggest taking out private travel insurance prior to any travel occasion.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
While we ensure to monitor the positive progress of our tours at all times, it is inevitable that at times issues may arise. If you were unlucky enough to not have enjoyed your experience with us as much as you had hoped, please take the time to fill out our customer feedback form so we can address your concerns with the view to a timely resolve.
